License problem was created by Christian S
Hello,
I have a problem with the license.
The license was initially accepted during installation. ATE then ran normally until something seemed to have changed. After that came the message that the software could be used for another 30 days. After the 30 days have passed, ATE can no longer be started.
There is now the possibility to enter a key. After entering the key, however, the message appears that it has already expired. A new installation did not help either, that the previous key is accepted. Does it possibly have to be deleted during the deinstallation or what do i have to do so that the key is accepted again like on another PC?
Christian
Application Name: Active Table Editor
•Version number: 5.3.1.27
•Operation system version: Windows Server 2016 Standard
•Database version: SQL Server 2014
•Repository type: Database MS SQL Server

Hi Christian
The way licensing works changed a while ago.
We used to use third-party software for it however it became too old and we had to switch to our own.
Here is how the registration process works now
www.etl-tools.com/wiki/knowledgebase/unable_to_register .
Please email us your license details and we will generate the key for the latest version
