Row cannot be located for updating.

I'm getting this error when I add a menu option to a user see attached
using version
5.3.1.23
Please help

Now i have menus disappearing from users but still showing in the menu panel. We really need help here please

It is been a while since we had this kind of problems.
We are just not able to reproduce it here.

Is you repository MS Access?
If so can you try compact and repair it

If it does not help, provide us with repository backup.

I will do that shortly. I have noticed that now when I change the user's menu from lets same Menu1 to Menu2 , instead of it is being added, the system deletes it. so now when I log in as the user now show up. So I can to the menu design panel and list the menu and Menu2 is there but when click on show menu button nothing is displayed. I have restored my database several times to recover. I will email you a backup

Which user shall we use to reproduce the problem?
