I recently created some tables where users have to set parameters first, before the table can be filled.
The tables have a couple of Million records. So I can't let the user load all records and work with filters by himself.
At the moment I use a workaround: I created an additional table, which contains the parameters the user sets.
These parameters I can use in my SQL query.
Nevertheless I want to ask you:
For reports there is a dialogue form, which makes it easier to work with user given parameters. Is it possible that you implement such a dialogue form for tables?
