Format changes when in a text box

A few problems I have noticed:

When you export as a PDF, anything in a rich text box turns slightly blurry. When you export as a PDF and your text is in a regular text box, it comes out a little more readable.

Also:
When you start a line with a number in a regular text box the number is automatically added to the end of the line even though the placement is still in front of the line.

This presents a problem for me, when I use a rich text box, its blurry, but if I use a regular text box, the numbers are always in the wrong place.
