Problem Updating information in forms

I am unable to save information in some Tables/Records. I edit the text/date and then when I hit the green check mark to save or the arrow to save and move to the next record this error comes up.




Any ideas?

Have you defined Primary key as described here

www.etl-tools.com/wiki/ate:menu_items

I figured this one out, there was a duplicate in the primary key column.

Just kidding, I removed the duplicates and I am still getting the error even with a unique PK

Any ideas here?
