Error when backing up Repository

The first screen shot is the error I get when I tried to backup repository and the second one is when I exit the program

V 5.0.1.1

All our products use same repository structure.
If this table is missing create it.

I never had this problem till I ran the last program you sent me. I have been using the ATE for 18 months with the same repository and never got this error. I have backed up the database many time, only now I get this error. Please advise, what do I need to create

I went ahead and created the missing tables and that fixed it. Thank you
