Canvas does not allow drawing.

Have you seen this error before? This report runs fine on other computer except one. We restarted the computer but that didn't change. I'm thinking a driver or something is missing?

I have never seen anything like this.

May be default printer is missing?

Actually, there was not printer setup, once we set it up it worked
