Printing multiple pages report

Never done this because all reports I created were 1 page long. Now I have a report that will require me creating more than one page. As I'm testing, I realize i don't know how to get the report to print all pages for a record first instead of printing all first page, then second , so on. Ho do I accomplish that? Right now, if I have 3 records, it will print page1 for record 1 then 2 then 3, then page 2 for record 1 then 2 then 3 and so on.

Lets say a report will print 3 pages, p1, p2 , p3. I ran the query to to print the report and there are 3 records, r1, r2, r3. The report should print, R1 p1 then R1 p2 then R1 p 3 then R2 P1 then R2 P2 then R2 P3 then R3 p1 Then R3 P2 then R3 P3. But it is printing R1 P1 then R2 P1 Then R3 P1 then R3 P2 Then R3 P2 and so on , so it not sorted correctly. Does that make sense?

That can be related to grouping, footers, headers etc.

Can you cost some screenshot of our design please.
