Bug when using mouse wheel

So within a form, If I have any input controls such as date, and combo box with multiple values, once I click in any of these controls, I can't click out of them. And If I try to use the mouse wheel, it will change the values (+/-). Is there anything you can do so I can click out of the box? Hope this makes sense, I didn't know how else to explain.

Have you tried clicking on different object which can have focus (not just the screen)
