Unable to view form reports

I'm starting to test the ATE, currently using version 5.2.0.9, with multiple users. Everything seems to work fine but strange things happens when I log into ATE from a remote computer. Here is how I have ATE set up

1. ATE is installed on a computer and remote computer is connecting to ATE by sharing, the exe file for ATE is licked to via short cut on the remote computer. We are planning on doing this in the future with multiple remote computers.

2. When I log into ATE via remote computer, regular user lets call him ldwuser, I can run everything on the user's menu, forms, reports, records, except reports that are part of the form, you know the button on the top for a list of reports, they don't work. But when I log into ATE using the same user "ldwuser" from the main computer then those reports start to work.

3. If I log into ATE view remote using ldwuser, and lets say I have a form called agent and a report called agent list and the are on the menu for user ldwuser, and also agent list report is on the list of reports for the form agent, ldwuser can see view the report from the main menu but when run the report from the form report list it doesn't work. also when I click on the "print default report" button, the application freezes, regardless of who I logged in as (admin, user, etc) of where I do it from (the main computer or the remote)

4. I have also tried logging into the ATe via the remote computer as an admin and same thing, I can't run reports from a form report list

5. Note that the reports do run but no data is displayed or any error

And when you say it doesnot work you get a blank screen?

I do get the header and report title but the data is empty

I think it is becasuse the version configuration of database drivers are different.
Which database do you run your reports agaist?

I'm using Postgresql 9.2 but the thing is I can run the report from the remote computer on ATE but I can't run it within the form you know what I mean? So the reports will run from the main menu but will not run from the form reports list

Ok got it we will have a look at this one as well.
