Error creating a menu or folder was created by hanisultan

I get this error when creating a menu. I also get this error when creating a folder and sometimes when I click on the folder. See attached. And when I close the program i get another error, see attached. I also get an error when I log in as a user, after I type the log in I get that error but I still get into the interface however; it has a warning about the maintenance contract expired. Table editor v 5.2

I'm just not having a good luck with this tool. I must have damaged it badly that now I get an error on almost everything I do, including modifying use info .. see attached
