Combo box with data value from another table

I'm trying the Active Table Editor v5.0.2.2 now, and confront an issue with Combo box.
I could not figure out how the combo box shows data values from another table.

I also studied the given example of 'City Record' which came with the software, and created a combo box on the same panel of the 'City Record', then linked it to the same field-'CountryID', but the newly created combox still did not show any data values. (refer to the attached screenshot)

Please let me know how it works, how to let Combo box to show data values which are from another table.

I found a similar topic on this Forum, named 'Combo box with values from another table', but that thread is not able to be opened, and don't know why...
