The Repository Database stores all information about your ETL projects, including:

Automation Packages
SQL scripts
Reports
Execution logs

This is where all the work created in the ETL Designer is stored. Because the repository contains essential project configurations and execution information, regular backups are strongly recommended to prevent data loss.
