A Data Transformer modifies the format, structure, or values of data to meet specific requirements.
To change Transformer properties double click on it
If no data is present in the grid check the previous step execution log.
About input and output fields:
*If a transformer is connected to any object other than the writer it is possible to modify the list of Outputs. When the transformer is connected to writer list of Outputs is taken from Writer.
*List of Input fields is taken from the previous object
Transformer Toolbar
Properties: View or modify object properties.
Save: Save Changes.
Create New Tab: Open a new workspace tab.
Cut: Remove the selected item and place it on the clipboard.
Copy: Duplicate the selected item to the clipboard.
Paste: Insert content from the clipboard.
Delete: Remove the selected item.
Redo: Reapply the last undone action.
Undo: Reverse the last action.
Align Left: Align selected objects to the left.
Arrange Vertically: Organize objects vertically.
Align Right: Align selected objects to the right.
Align Bottom: Align selected objects to the bottom.
Arrange Horizontally: Organize objects horizontally.
Align Top: Align selected objects to the top.
Space Horizontally: Distribute objects evenly across horizontal space.
Space Vertically: Distribute objects evenly across vertical space.
Snap to Grid/Show Grid: Enable grid snapping or display the grid.
Print Mapping: Print the current mapping layout.
Print Preview Mapping: Preview the mapping before printing.
Automap Data: Automatically map inputs to outputs.
Delete All Objects: Remove all objects from the workspace.
Delete All Links: Remove all connections between objects.
Search Objects: Locate specific objects in the workspace.
Process Data: Execute the data processing.
First Record: Navigate to the first record.
Previous Record: Move to the preceding record.
Next Record: Advance to the next record.
Last Record: Navigate to the last record.
Show Source Data: Display the source data.
Zoom In: Magnify the view of the workspace.
Zoom Out: Reduce the view of the workspace.
Zoom Back to 100%: Reset the workspace view to the default zoom level.
