While submitting a bug or problem please always include the following information:

  • Application Name
  • All the symptoms of the Problem
  • Exact steps required to reproduce it
  • Version number
  • Operation system version
  • Database version
  • Log files
  • Script
  • Sql script to create tables
  • Screenshots

We intend to resolve 90 percent of the reported problems with in 48 hours.

Most difficult issues or functionality extension are resolved with in one week

  • A lot of emails goes directly into the spam folder

Visual Importer ETL  saved us 25-30 hours per month. Much of that comes from being able to build in error checking into the scripting. I've even been able to script corrections that run on the fly triggered by the error checking on incoming order files.
